Good to know: Not every techno collective is a label, and not every label is a techno collective. But one thing's for sure: These folks have incredible creative energy! You'll find students of all kinds, producers, DJs, singer-songwriters, bartenders, tattoo artists, artists, designers, ravers, photographers, event organizers and sometimes even all of that in one person in this creative community.

It's tough to keep track of this scene. Sometimes they stop what they're doing, then individual members switch to other collectives, or smaller collectives team up to form a label.
In some cases, techno collectives & labels have become so well-known in the scene that they have more pull than the Berlin clubs themselves.
